Refund policy

Returns 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. 

Returns are not accepted for custom, made to order, or special order items. Examples of items that are not eligible for returns include, but are not limited to, Columbia and Rainier flooring systems, pre-wired electrical systems, and 230V products. 

Return shipping is not covered and will be charged to the customer. 

The following items are also subject to a 20% restocking fee:

  • Any item over 50lbs 
  • Any item that requires freight shipping
  • Any “oversized” item
  • Batteries 
  • Cable and wire 
  • Inverters and inverter/chargers
  • Sheet goods  
  • Solar panels 

Warranty and RMA

Artek honors the warranty policies of the manufacturers and brands we carry. If you believe that an item in your possession is eligible for warranty, please contact our admin team at sales@artek.energy with a brief description. If the product is eligible for warranty, you will receive a link to fill out an RMA form. Artek does not cover shipping on replacement products or parts. Shipping will be charged to the customer.

Testing and Repairs

Some items may be deemed by their manufacturers as necessary to test to determine if they are eligible for warranty or repairs. If this is the case, you will be asked to ship the item to a repair or test center. Artek does not cover shipping to or from repair centers. Shipping will be charged to the customer.

Items that are commonly subject to this process include but are not limited to:

  • Alternators 
  • Alternator regulators 
  • Batteries
  • Battery Management Systems (BMS)
  • Inverters and inverter/chargers

Victron RMA Drop Ship Policy

  • In-state below 50kg: $100
  • In-state above 50kg: $160
  • Out-state below 50kg: $160
  • Out-state above 50kg: $220

Victron Energy Extended Warranty

Victron Energy offers an additional limited warranty of 5 years that can be purchased within one year of the original product purchase date. The extended warranty can be purchased through your distributor at 10% of the net price of the product. The Extended Warranty option excludes batteries, which have a 2 or 3 year limited warranty depending on the type of battery.
