Our partnership with Limitless Vans, a manufacturer known for forward-thinking RV designs, highlights this capability. We provide pre-wired electrical cabinets that simplify installation, improve serviceability, and help speed up their production process.
Limitless has consistently adopted advanced electrical architectures, moving to 24V systems in 2021 and transitioning again to 48V platforms in 2023. Artek’s in-house capabilities make it possible to keep pace with these evolving requirements, delivering fully assembled enclosures that integrate seamlessly into their builds.

Electrical Engineering: Our team works closely with Limitless to engineer complete RV power systems—from system architecture and protection to component selection and wiring specification. At the beginning of our relationship with Limitless, we met with their team consistently to dial in a robust and space-efficient system that would provide their customers with a solution specific to their power requirements.

CAD + System Layout: Using 3D modeling and harness routing knowledge, we design cabinet layouts that account for ventilation, accessibility, and service paths—ensuring that each enclosure is space-efficient and futureproof. As a local client, Limitless opts to produce their own cabinets and deliver them to Artek for pre-wiring. This process has been seamless because designers and engineers from both companies worked together to design a cabinet that fit Limitless' aesthetic, while ensuring optimal wiring flow and component locations.

Manufacturing Optimization: By refining layout geometry and implementing the right technology for each application, we streamline wire paths to reduce installation time and ensure repeatable, high-quality assembly for every unit. Including products like Wago terminal blocks in each system allows limitess to simply connect loads to the power station as soon as it is installed in an RV.
- Garmin Integration: Each electrical cabinet is designed to support the Garmin Core digital switching platform, which Limitless includes as standard across all builds. Artek handles the full integration process—including input/output mapping, custom harnessing, and system validation—ensuring seamless communication between Garmin interfaces and all major onboard systems such as lighting, HVAC, water pumps, and power management. This not only simplifies user control through a single touchscreen interface but also reduces wiring complexity and streamlines installation on the production floor.
Pre-Wired, Pre-Tested, Plug-and-Play
Artek delivers each electrical cabinet to Limitless Vans fully assembled, pre-wired, and tested—ready to drop into the vehicle with minimal additional work. This plug-and-play model saves hours of labor on the production line while improving quality control and reducing field-service issues.
